ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Type in the quantity of each registration that you would like to order in each item's respective text box under the "Qty" column
  2. After entering the quantity for each item, click in the "Item Sub-total" text box to the right of each item's Qty box and the Item Sub-total and Total fields cost will automatically be calculated for your order
  3. Complete the Payment Information at the bottom of the Order Form
  4. To complete your order transaction, click on the "Submit Order" button at the very bottom of the page. You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
