Christie has vetoed legislation that failed to include any of the unemployment ins. system reforms that were part of his proposal to prevent a tax hike for employers who fund the Unemployment Ins. Trust Fund. The veto achieves the Gov.'s goals of maintaining reforms on unemployment ins. eligibility and minimizing the tax impact on businesses.
